A: The average processing time is approximately 3 to 5 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. At worst case, some order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

A: Shipping is free for orders over $20! <= *Note: This Does Not Apply To Products That Are FREE or Have a Value of $0, as shipping costs is needed to be covered.*

Q: Where is my product being shipped from?
A: Our products are mostly shipped from overseas locations including Singapore, Hong Kong Taiwan, Japan and Korea. We source our products from reliable manufacturers around East Asia. We sample each item and even visit the factories to ensure the best of quality and sustainable practices.
Q: I got my package today but it is missing an item. What is going on?
A: Don't worry! It's on the way. We ship our products from partnered suppliers across East Asia, so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays (mostly custom checks) whiles others do not. We always ship as soon as they are ready so you get your item as fast as possible. *Note* This Applies to Buy 1 Free 1 Products as well.

If the product is not delivered to you within 60 days of shipping, we will give you a full refund.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet by contacting us at email@example.com or through our Contact Page. However, there is no guarantee that your order will be canceled on time -- it really depends on how fast processing takes.
We usually take 1-5 days to ship your order.
Q: What should I do if my product arrives defective?
A: This rarely happens, but if it does we will refund or replace the defective item ASAP. We pay for shipping insurance for all your items.
